For the past week I've been having really bad headaches. Any tips on how to get rid of them?

I am feeling extreme pain on my forehead and painkillers are not doing much work. Any of you know how to get rid of them or the cause of the headaches?

Nanette Piotrowski Sometimes you can have restricted blood flow and that will cause a headache. Try a hot, wet washcloth pressed against the entire forehead and temples. Repeat a few times for about 5 minutes and see if that doesn't help @kazthewise .
