What are the benefits of Virgin Coconut oil?

I take virgin coconut oil for 2 years now. I believe it helps me to boost my energy. It is antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial so it is good for us. I has no trans fat so it is good to our heart and helps to lose weight.

kellyme I've been using coconut oil, too and I must say that it's really good. I bought mine from http://products.mercola.com/coconut-oil/ I use it mainly for my skin and hair, and of course in cooking. It's really an amazing oil!
