kensta1 if you a teen you really should play sports casue if u play basketball its really fats pace casue i got exiprenced casue when i was 12 i weigh 50 kg and i coulnt ran for awhile but i losse alot of weight i wegh now 45 kg and im 16 year old im prerty light now...

the movie 300 is a perfect things i ever watch it teach me how to get out from problems and how to fight in a difficult situation the fight of life is also always in a unfavourable condition so we have to fight and never loose...
