Me I rally do.not like salads I call It rabbit food ,the only leaf I do like Is spinach, but I have to lose pounds I Knew this will make it easier for me to breathe And more yes I'm starting a walking program soon.

Barmans dream Try fruits and water. You can actually eat whatever you want but dont eat to much everytime you have your meal. Like try to eat four times a day but lesser. Your metabolism will adapt then.

did you know ,we had referral earnings at old mylot.if we bring someone here and they earn ,we could get paid %20 of that person. yes this is true!! now at mylot,there is no referral earnings and its so sad. i brought 5 friends...
