Does anyone know how to get rid of these? I have had 3 kids and my right leg really got messed up with these ugly veins. Is there a natural or over-the-counter remedy that works?

I am losing it! I have a 9 year old and and 11 year old and they do nothing but fight. The oldest one annoys the younger one to pyhsical fighting and screaming. I don't know what to do anymore. They won't stop. I would rather be...
