krismarotta I like both. I find it quite interesting that I can eat one piece of dark chocolate and be completely satisfied. With milk chocolate I am never satisfied. I just keep eating and eating and eating. For that reason alone, I prefer dark chocolate.

krismarotta That sounds easy and yummy. The only issue I have is that it is not fortified. I would not be getting all of the nutrients that I would get from the store bought version. However, I also wonder if all the fortification is necessary of even good for us...

krismarotta Oh yes, I almost always remember my dreams. They are often odd with people morphing into animals or such. I actually just had a weird one last night of someone selling guns to an enemy, and then I was getting my haircut by the bad guys (I liked my haircut)....
