I can't sleep, I don't want to take sleeping pills!

For the love of God can somebody suggest something for an insomniac like me. I've gone to the doctor and ofcourse he prescribed sleeping pills. I don't wanna be pill dependent. Is there a natural way of approach to it? Thanks...

krs4web First health is important. If health is not good then these side-effects are automatically raised in our body. So take food in regular timing and must eat the fruits and vitamins foods to avoid the sleepless.

krs4web Zoos are necessary in today's world. Because many animals are dieing from smugglers and other peoples. If we need to protect the animals we need to improve zoos. Not even in urban we also need to develop in rural areas. And also major use of wood in forests...
