I'm a bit of a junk food lover and I don't eat healthy at all. I'm also a very picky eater. So I was wondering what kind of diet would I have to maintain when if I were pregnant and what kind of foods would be good to eat?

yogesh66 For an average weight woman it's recommended to gain 30 pounds. Even if you're overweight, they still recommend gaining at least 25 pounds. You DO need to gain weight. The baby-obviously, fluids, maternal blood, maternal fat stores, etc. Loosing weight is not...
