What will be the best alternative job(healthcare related) for nurses who can't get in to a hospital job?

ladyhotshot Thanks for the advice. This year I'll be trying my luck at HMO companies, clinics and schools. I'm currently employed by KGB Philippines as a Work at home Special Agent. Not health care related but at least I have something to do than nothing at all",
