When is the exact time I can rent referrals in neobux?

The rent referrals button in neo bux is not available for me. Is it because I have no money in my rental balance? or just because the time isn't right. I need some detailed instruction on renting referrals. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm very interested in renting referrals in paid to click site. As far as I know, there is only neobux in which you can do this. Is there anyone konw other paid to click sites like neobux? THX

hi everyone, i'm a newbie in neobux. i see a rent referrals button there and don't know how much money i can earn from the referrals that i rent. if i rent 10 refferals, will they stay active and click ads everyday?
