lhongyan I like that feel when receive a surprise or a piece of care. so I hope i can bring this care to others as more as possible! Now give a call to parent or friend maybe also a big surprise by saying"I MISS YOU!"

lhongyan I think yoga is a very good exercises,if you can,pls do it. Sitting in office day by day,we all need one exercise to keep healthy and relax. At this time ,yoga is a good choice.and I am looking for a place to study yoga have a good day!
