Trapped nerve

I can barely stretch my left hamstring to any degree and I feel certain there is a trapped nerve either in the thigh area (hamstring?) the butt or the hip. Its unlikely to be in the lower back as a CT scan reveals bulging discs...

littleblackbook I have done a lot of searching on the net and there seems to be an ageold remedy for this type of thing, it is CASTOR OIL not taken oral, instead a piece of flannel soaked in the oil and applied with a hotpack. Flanel is soaked in castor oil not so much that...
