longsperes Oh,maybe I mistake your topic,I talk about person who hide themsevles when talking to others face to face,such as when negotiating, "great idea" I mean a man with great idea such as Liang ZhuGe.???

longsperes it's more conservative when we older. We have more experience but worry more about the success. So we always see heros when they yonng and they did nothing successfully when thet old. act as soon as a good idea coming.
