louierrific24 @ sheng1 I beg to differ, she has to worry about writing stars as there are marketplace articles that are exclusive for marketplace approved and premiere writers which require a minimum number of writing stars.

louierrific24 Titles outside the marketplace do not pay upfront fees but you can still write for such titles and earn lifetime royalties.

louierrific24 Yes it's open worldwide. Based on my experiences however, my Philippine-based referrals have experienced problems logging to the site. I just don't know why. As for me, I haven't had any problem. I'll try to communicate the "bug" with the Helium staff....

louierrific24 "it has totally different effects" -- first off, both "mistakes" should not have any effects at all. If it's really a mistake -- the majority of the Filipinos including YOU are guilty of the same act. Examine the golden rule, I guess.
