Any good tips? I just don't think that I would be able to do it cold turkey. I tried joining quitnet and that just didn't work. Should I use some kind of quit smoking aid?

Has anyone noticed that there are a lot of words in posts that are spelled incorrectly? Well I think that it is caused by the website. I have typed my posts and double checked my spelling and spacing and it still shows up wrong...

Trace86 I don't know either. And why do some words show up blue? Some posts are too mis-spelled to be the site though. I hate the poor grammar and made up words. Some you can tell are due to the poster being non-American and others just uneducated.
