I just saw todays' big "mob" hit at the coffee bean warehouse. I still am just sitting here thinking,..."good grief...all that for just that?" I mean they have been building up to thise for nearly 2 weeks, its the big deal that is...

Wow is she good at making enemies! I don’t remember any one being able to make as many enemies as she has and this quickly! What do you think? Who else will she become enemies with? What did you think about her heartfelt talk...

So how come no one - especially Carly - has blown the whistle on Robin for her self righteous arrogance of perfection she displays!??!? I mean, she took it upon herself to blow the whistle on who was Michael's father, then later...

Let us all take a moment to applaud the immense talent of the writers of Lost. What kind of minds think up this stuff. Brilliant. Every moment of the show makes a person think. There is so much more to Lost than most people...

OMG It has finally happened. I am so upside down and inside out. I have so many theories and don't know how to sort them out. I must say that I am very happy that I was right about Ben's Spy on the boat!!!!! Now the big...

ledongrp Yes, all my theories went up in smoke also. I am also confused because some things don't mesh for me. It seems that a person can die on the island or island zone but not away from the island. But they can be hurt off the island as Michael was in a crash and...

If someone asked you for just one tip on how to be a great parent or how to raise a great kid? If they just wanted to know what you thought the best thing to remember about being a parent was? What tip would you give...

TriciaW I would say let them know your love is unconditional. Too many times children think that if they mess up they can't talk to their parents because they won't love them anymore. If they know they have unconditional love they will talk openly with their parents...

chestyna This is very hard question. There is so much in being a parent, but if i would give one advise it would be love your child unconditionally and i think if you love them you would want to listen to them and respect them and talk to them. And they need to feel...

lexus54 In one word, I would say COMMUNICATION. Keep a communication channel open between you and your kids, listen to them and try and understand them as much as you want them to try and listen to you, and don't alienate them. Know their concerns, their problems and...

julievy I would say keep the lines of communiction open. Let them know that they can talk to you about anything at anytime and that you'll listen without being judgmental. Be sure to also share your feeling with them and let them know how you feel about things. It's...

I have noticed that when I am reading to myself I end up reading the words out loud. I don't know why but I do. I always tell my daughter to read to herself and then I feel like a hipocritical when I catch myself doing it. Do...

Sparky5115 I have never read aloud. It's probably just a habit you and your daughter have gotten into. I do find myself visualising what I am reading like a movie in my head, and often create a voice in my head that I think the author would sound like as I am...

ElicBxn I read to myself because I read much faster than I can talk. I have been known to read something out loud if it just didn't make sense the first few reads, or if its instuctions that I just can't seem to get to stick in my head.

Dr. Ann I read aloud when I'm reading to someone else, or when I'm practicing in order to read aloud to someone else, or when I'm reading something like a poem where the sound makes a difference. I read all of my own writings aloud before publishing them (except...

heathcliff Just one? I'm going with Attention. Pay attention to what their doing, what they need, what they want to do, what they watch, what they know. Everything! Being involved to that point will make sure you have input in how they grow up!

gemini_rose I read my books both ways, I read out loud when I read to my daughter, I read my books to my daughter as she loves to hear my books rather than her own. It sends her to sleep and I get to read too! Other than that when reading to myself I read quietly.

kbkbooks Yes, I watch reruns. I love House reruns. I like the old classics. The part about reruns and classic TV stations that bothers me is that they often play the same episodes over and over in one day, or even in a week or month. Probably this wouldn't bother me so...
