If you've had a successful weight loss, how have you changed your menus or cooking style to maintain it? I have a weight loss clinic, and I always advise my patients to watch their weight closely when they enter the maintenance...

I have no idea why this is happening to me, but I find that I tend to loose weight when I'm eating a lot of junk food such as cookies, ice cream, and candy. When I'm eating healthier foods such as whole grains, fruits, chicken,...

kattghoti Quilting cotton is often called calico, and if pirate lore has taught me anything, it was very commonplace to wear clothes out of calico. If you live somewhere that doesn't tax clothes, you might be able to tell the person cutting your fabric that the...

creematee by all means, use the "quilting fabric" for apparrel. It is after all 100% cotton. :) The only big thing to remember is it *may* shrink after it's sewn (not likely--especially if you prewash) and it will wrinkle, wrinkle, wrinkle!!! I've made many garments...
