manofg7 it's like a skill that requires a air tiara/talisman, no levels, (as it is not a skill you can get levels off of)and 25 rune essence. Go to air altar trade with people saying open 2k trade them 25 rune essence they will give back 25 noted ess and 2k for you 25...
