mansaa LOL, here in our country NEPAL we have regular routine of loadshedding. I usually play with my cell phone when there is no electricity and I go out with my friends to have fun sometime.

mansaa yeap i do have paypal account, but i haven't made any transaction from paypal dot com.I have payoneer.com's master card which is prepaid and they didn't accepted my prepaid mastercard saying it is invalid. I don't know what to do now.

mansaa why don't you close your window.. hehe.. actually you are talking about reducing sound inside your office as well. yeah carpet laying will absorb the sound in large amount, reducing the noise pollution in your workstation. I live very farm from the urban area....
