marc1025 @mialei23, congrats to you, of course it was not a scam, paypal is not a scam, and as i checked there terms and conditions the receiving of the payment is until february due to verification of the recipient, and there is also no minimum payout

marc1025 i hope you don't mind, just to correct withdrawal limit is only $500 a month, it automatically reset every month if you consumed the whole limit from the previous month

marc1025 hi there, if you don't have credit card, you can actually use debit card in order to verify it and to withdraw the money using the debit card itself, or even a prepaid card may do.
