What PC Operating System Do You Have?

I have Windows Vista and think the layout is far superior to all other operating systems i have had in the past. It does have it's disadvantages though. Which do you have and are you happy with what you have?

Burglar Stabbed To Death

This was in the newspaper about a 17 year old boy who was stabbed to death when he the boy is reported to have forced his way into a home. What are your views on the punishment for this?
