marquitaaraba Really, did you ever consider becoming all Veg. I don't think I could ever become a vegan, but I love my energy level and the natural changes to my body and skin since I have become vegetarian.

marquitaaraba Yeah, I eat soy products, For some people it takes some getting used to but , I love it, and it is an excellent source of natural protien.
