micaruss Yes your right ten thousand pesos for a house rental is too big. I live in Cubao, Quezon City where house rental is very expensive. I don't have a job right now coz I resigned last year to took care of my baby. I hope someday we both have our own house.

micaruss Thanks, I live in Asian country, Philippines. It's easy to get housing loan here in the Philippines as long as you have a job but in my case I don't have a job.
