mikeandy81 hi friend. I heard that a man should sleep 8 hours per day to be a healthy man. But atleast should sleep 6 hours. 6 hours sleep per day is must. But i used to sleep even 12 hours.

mikeandy81 change takes you from where you are to where you want to go...do change accordingly. Always be positive, everything is possible...dont ever give up. And for earnings do craigslist postings it is a good money generator...my best wishes

mikeandy81 I never have that habit. But in my school days, i used to write my poems, quotations in one diary. now i left that habit.
