My Own Online Radio.. how?

Anyone of you out there know how to setup your own online radio for the whole world to stream and listen to? I'm not sure if this categorises under podcasting. If so, how do I start my own podcast?

Been job hunting for over a year and to no avail My girlfriend had been helping me to send out resumes and all but NADA~ I've reached the point of giving up! What can I do to earn money via online other than thru mylot?
