How many days of fever warrant a trip to the Dr. for a 2 year old

My two year old is on day 2 of a 101 ish fever. She also has a cough and runny nose but I'm worried with the fever if she needs anitbiotics or not. Thanks!

momof2ajsj I have been giving her the Tylenol and it does take the fever down but 4 or so hours later I can feel it creeping back in. She was in much better spirits today so I thought maybe she was getting over the humpa little but before I put her to bed she was...
