Physical exercise is of utmost importance to the body to keep ourselves fit to attend the daily routine of work. How much time do you really spend for this. Or enjoy life not doing that at all - because of lack of time.

monicaei i usually don't practice any sport. from time to time i run from work to office :)) but generally i don't. i know that Winston Churchill said that he lived that long because of the sports. he never practiced one, nor did physical exercises. :)
