The steaks I used to buy for my husband were always tender after cooking. I can not afford that cut anymore for now. I was wondering if anyone know what to do to tenderize a not to tender cut of meat?

moumitamazumder O yes, vinegar adds to the spices. It adds a little tangy hint to the meat, and makes you add lesser salt than normally required. Also you need to rinse and get out the excess vinegar before cooking the meat. That is mandatory, otherwise the whole cooking will...
