mschawla yes you can open paypal account for free and you can add your bank account with paypal and can transfer & withdraw the funds to your paypal account easily

mschawla g8 you got payment from neobux. you can withdraw ur funds to ur bank a/c but you have to attach ur bank a/c with paypal by visiting paypal and then they will send u one or two small payments to ur bank a/c and u have to revert back to paypal and tell them that...
