How many pets do you think are too many?

I have had many pets over the years. I love animals and having a pet is such a worthwhile experience. However, I do think there is a limit to how many pets one household can tolerate. The most pets I've ever owned at the same time...

msh545 I think it depends on how much time and space you have. For the average person I think that more than 4 pets is too much.
