Is it really worth it to buy a House?

If you had to mortgage it? You have to pay for property tax, mortgage, the utility bills, ect. So is it better to rent? What's your opinion?

msnjdv1967 I would prefer to own a house, but in order to do so one must have an income which is sufficient to cover the mortgage, property taxes, and repair anything that gets broken. Plus you have to mow your own lawn, and if you live where it snows do your own snow...

msnjdv1967 Well said. It's amazing how the superstitions about All Hallow's Eve have survived through the ages. People should just be glad that for the most part children are well-behaved on Halloween. You'll always have your share of pranksters, but Halloween the way...

msnjdv1967 I am a pizza fiend. If I could eat pizza everyday, I think I would. It's such an amazingly diverse dish. I love dried pepperoni with a ton of cheese, ham, pineapple, and green pepper...with a ton of cheese. Cheese with extra cheese is awesome too. I also...
