How many hours do you sleep?

Someday it's just a 4 hour sleep, and the next day its 11. It's not very healthy schedule. Very often i start a day with a heavy head or have a headache at the end of day. How many hours do You sleep?

mwamba2011 I usually sleep for ten hours (starting from 9 p.m to 7 a.m). If you want your brain to function well you should sleep for atleast 8 hours daily.
