myatharivijaykumar yeah fine friend using those we can hear the music but some un educated people will not use the ear phones by keeping heavy music they disturb one and all. but listening music is not a prob at all but we should not disturb others for our enjoyment.

myatharivijaykumar yeah sure but not blaming rbi when i asked the paypal they told that due to rbi guidelines so that iam worry about my dear friend i dont know what is 500 and 3000 means per every transcation or for one month we can only do 3000$ transaction i dont understand...
