nanamerry Thank you Hately, I think we have this resolved now, He didn't even realize that he had done this. He is an older gentelman and he feels terriable about it. My other neighbor told him he saw him do it. I thought at first he hit Smoochie and didn't care. But...

nanamerry Thank you Ryanned, I have talked to my neighbor and he thinks someone else hit my dog. He is a older man (70's)and I don 't think he realizes he ran smoochie over. I am so distaught over this but at least I talked to him, Thank you for your kind words.
