What is the best way to lose 10 lbs without starving? I want to lose weight (10 lbs) but haven't a clue as to the healthiest way of doing it. Any suggestions?

natalie123 oh and ps - if you calorie count and lose some weight, remember to do your calorie calculator again so it keeps working. your daily calorie intake amount will change depending on your weight :-) i forgot to add to do weights. more muscles means faster...
