Hi i am always watching movies,because of this i am not able to concentrate on the studies.Especially if there are some action movies i cannot avoid.How can avoid this?

cvelito First of all you need to get your priorities straight. It is obvious that you KNOW that your studies are more important than catching a movie so all you need to do is keep this in mind. You can think of sitting in front of the TV to watch a movie as a reward...
