Do you read before you go to bed?

I like reading so much. And I got lotta books in my house. And now I have a habbit that I like to read before I go to bed. It makes me easier to sleep. But sometimes I wont stop eben I am sleepy. Cuz I wanna read the whole story....

ndysun Me too, I read every night before sleep esp motivation book so it will give me good insight for my unconscious mind......try it ok!
