How do you handle callers from credit card or insurance companies ?

I get calls almost everyday from some bank offering credit card and from some insurance companies offering the health policy, life insurance etc. Even after telling them so many times that I am not interested in any of those...

neerumann i also spend lots of time on internet,may be 5 to 6 hours. bcoz i think if spend our time on internet dats means we utilising our time. bcoz we get all type of informatin frm the internet.
