ninapuspitarini maybe you should change your habit and begin to take the time to just walk,such as going to the mall, beach, etc. .. but thank you for your opinion

What kind of ice cream do you love?

I love all kind of ice cream.I'm diabetic so its forbiten to me but I can eat ice cream light that is with no sugar edd and its instand of fruit.I can also do an ice cream for myself at home its not exactly as in the suprmarket...

ninapuspitarini I'm control with diabetic drug, glibenclamide, glucobay, metformin, plaquenil. to control high cholesterol I use simvastatin.
