nqh2009 Eating too much makes normal person fat, today we rarely find out the thin people. If you thin you should check the menu & I think it's can treatment in many cases. Fat people is take a long time to treatment & we need consider the young person about that.

nqh2009 I think earnings online is very small compare with other jobs. we can divide 2 kinds: freelance job & other MMO jobs. Anyway if you study IT you maybe become rich from earning online?

nqh2009 I show many "easy", "lazy" methods to fit the body. We lost many time & money and proud due to fast change. Everything can do if we have money? I think we should understand the natural rulers and step by step change your body that's a full lifetime job.

nqh2009 For the eating 1$/meal - 2$/day, 60$/month. I think only for survive in the Urban need 30$/month, in the Rural need 20$/month. If we addition with the accommodation is 15$/month including electricity, fresh water; cloths, transportation means: 15$/month....
