ofrockwood Very true... depending if they come from lines focused mainly on temperament. There are so many BYBs getting into Saint Bernards, that the breed is becoming more lazy and sometimes aggressive. Most Saint Bernards you see don't even resemble the breed...

ofrockwood Same here. I had never heard of a smooth until I started my search for a show breeder for my first show prospect. I had always thought a smooth was a shaved Saint. They were very unfamiliar to me.

ofrockwood No problem. I believe roughs have the advantage when it comes to a beautiful Saint. They always seem to catch the eye of some one.

ofrockwood Yeah... my dogs lose a lot of fur, especially in the Spring and Fall. It can be very hard to keep a place clean.
