Why are people so rude when giving advice?

Do you ever feel like a person is being rude or bossy when they are giving advice? I sometimes feel like that. There are certain people who can sound like they are just trying to tell you what to do. Sometimes you don't even ask...

ohgoditsart Advice is one thing everyone knows. Usually they are harsh because they do know the right thing to do but would never do it themselves. The advice is usually for themselves also.
