I ask you all guys here that can you really loose your weight through exercises, yoga,diet or products online that claim to reduce your weight or a doctor. In my personal opinion no. But you can really benefitted fast with mudra...

Pareshkumar Patel It's a part of yoga. It is called yog mudra. But in it only hand gesture is used. The fame of it is not as much as yoga because lack of knowledge but it is more effective and powerful than yoga. I will post it some time later. So keep in touch and follow me....
