APasserBy I certainly don't. I'd rather get out and buy things I need and want when it's not that bad outside. Unless it's very important like medication or there is no food at all etc I wouldn't go out against bad weather.

suspenseful Well considering that in January, it may get down to 40 below, if we stayed home, we would all starve. Of course if my husband had not decided that peanuts were healthier, then I would have to go. We could have picked them up at the grocers.

suspenseful So do I, but you have to consider that my husband comes from a background when the women die first and that is because well, the men get the best food. And if I know something is going to keep me healthy I will look high and dry for that. I remember last year...

suspenseful Almonds are good for you and so are walnuts. You just have to have them to replace some other fatty food.

sweetlady10 If the weather is good and I have time, I don't mind to make trip to the grocery store to get one thing. But in this severe winter I will not go to grocery store for nuts, if it was like a main food and you can't go without it, then its a different thing. I...

ElicBxn Since I don't walk anywhere if I can avoid it. And we don't have severe weather here so I don't often have to brave bad weather to do much of anything, and I take my car.

Thoroughrob I do reuse the boxes and bags. I usually use the recycled ones at home or with family members that it will not make a difference.
