What will you drink after doing the sports?

I like to drink soda water, especially Pepsi cola after doing the sports. Since it's sweet, I feel like my energy recovers soon.

pitstains Water is definitely the best way to go. Gatorade does replenish electrolytes, but I don't even know what those are.
