ponbeam Thanks for replying I agree with your points regarding graham poll. But all the referee's are not that good not just against chelsea but any teams.

I am in a Job at the moment which is in a supervisory position but the furthest I can advance is to the contract manager which will not happen for at least 5 Years when the current manager will retire (Even then it is not...
