I do enjoy alot of light music
it calms me and it's nice to listen to
my mom used to leave the lite
station on when putting us to bed
when we were little
and whenever I'm having a bit
of trouble sleeping
I put the station on and
right to sleep I go
well sometimes
it works
sometimes
it dosen't

My music tastes depend on my mood. If i am happy i go for hardcore or metal songs. But, i am feeling pretty down then i listen to soft music. In the morning when i get up i usually play a soft music CD. Its really wonderful in the morning.
