how many times do you eat in a day?

including snack/merienda it's 4-5 times a day.i take heavy meals for my breakfast and lunch.i take my dinner around 6PM then before bedtime i eat again because i need to..im breastfeeding my child so i need to intake food.how about you,how many times do you eat in a day?

I'm always having my 3 meals and 2 snacks regularly but some of the times, 3 snacks when I feel I am craving for something...
