What do you think about class reunions? Is it a way of get together or a way of showing off your success. Actually for me i find it a very good way of seeing old faces, old friends and to get in touch with them again. But I know there are some who finds it as something you have to be proud of or a way of telling your co alumnis your achievements and your success. That's why some don't want to join the reunion as they don't have any achievements in their lives.

I can't say that I agree as in life we have all achieved something , weather it is a good career , married to someone you care about or having children . Just because one has something else doesn't necessarily mean that they have achieved more , it just means that is what they wanted in life .
I am not into class reunions and don't believe it has anything to do with my achievements . I haven't seen these people in years and everyone gets together for a reunion and shares small talk for the night and then everyone goes back to where they are from now and you don't see them again for another how many years .
If you really had that much in common with them then you would have stayed in touch more the first time around .
That is how I feel anyway but I am also not one that is comfortable in a group with a bunch of strangers and this is what a reunion would be as you wouldn't know these people anymore as I would have to assume the fact that I have changed since I was in school and have grown up that these people would have also , therefore making everyone a stranger to each other .

I agree with you that in life we have all achieved something and at the same time class reunions, happens like a one night get together then the next day it's over... but still in some points, it's fun reminiscing the past. Thanks for the comment.
