why spoons are called teaspoons and tablespoons?

A teaspoon is commonly used for stirring the content of tea or coffee.Teaspoons with longer handles are commonly used for icecreams,Other spoons sizes include the tablespoon and desert spoon.much less comoon is coffee spoon,a smaller version of teaspoon, a tablespoon is atype of spoon for serving.

I guess they are so called bcoz they have different sizes and serve different purposes.

Wow you know so much about spoons! Did you work in a 5star hotel or something? or manage one? spoons and forks have always been conversation pieces and its kinda interesting.
